Terms of Service

Effective date: August 15, 2026 · Last updated: August 15, 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Storely ("Storely," "we," "us") — the entity that operates the platform. By creating a store, placing an order on a Storely-hosted storefront, or otherwise using Storely, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

2. Who can use Storely

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create a Seller account. Storely is intended for legitimate business use. Shoppers ordering from a Storely-hosted store should also meet the applicable age requirement for entering into a purchase in their jurisdiction.

3. Accounts and early access

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating and maintaining your Storely account.

Storely's features, pricing, and availability may change from time to time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where required by applicable law.

4. Subscription plans and billing

Storely offers the following plans. Current pricing and features are always shown on our Pricing page; the table below is a summary.

PlanProduct limitBilling
FreeUp to 3 productsNo charge
ProUp to 150 productsMonthly or yearly, cancel anytime
BusinessUnlimitedMonthly or yearly, cancel anytime
  • Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled beforehand.
  • You can upgrade or downgrade at any time; changes take effect immediately, and you're only charged the difference for upgrades.
  • If you downgrade below your current product count, your existing products beyond the new limit are hidden from your storefront, not deleted, and reappear if you upgrade again.
  • Paid subscription refunds, where applicable, will be handled in accordance with the applicable plan terms and Storely's refund policy.
  • We may change plan pricing with reasonable advance notice; changes apply at your next renewal, not retroactively.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Storely to sell or list:

  • Counterfeit, stolen, or unauthorized replica goods.
  • Illegal products or services under applicable law.
  • Content that infringes someone else's intellectual property rights.
  • Anything intended to defraud, mislead, or harm customers.

You also may not attempt to interfere with the platform's operation, security, or availability, or use Storely to send unsolicited bulk messages. We may investigate and take action, including suspension, if we reasonably believe these terms are being violated.

6. Seller responsibilities

  • You're responsible for the accuracy of your product listings, including pricing, availability, and made-to-order timelines.
  • You're responsible for fulfilling orders placed through your storefront and for your own customer communications, including via WhatsApp.
  • Where you collect and handle your customers' personal information, you act as the data controller for that information and are responsible for complying with applicable privacy law in how you use it.
  • You're responsible for any taxes applicable to your sales.

7. Payments and checkout

Storely provides WhatsApp-based order checkout by default on every plan. Pro and Business plans may enable optional online payment through our payment processor. Storely is not a party to the underlying sale between a Seller and their customer — we provide the platform and, where enabled, payment processing infrastructure. Payment processing itself is subject to our payment processor's own terms.

8. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you upload — product photos, descriptions, and branding. By uploading content, you grant Storely a license to host, display, and process it as needed to operate your storefront. Storely retains all rights to the Storely platform, name, and logo; you may not use Storely's branding without permission beyond what's needed to link to your storefront.

9. Third-party services

Storely integrates with third-party services, including WhatsApp and, where enabled, Stripe. Your use of those services through Storely is also subject to their own terms and policies, which we encourage you to review.

10. Termination and suspension

You may close your store at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible except in cases of serious or urgent violations (such as fraud or illegal activity), where we may act immediately.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Storely is provided "as is." We work to keep the platform reliable and secure, but we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Storely will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Storely harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law, including claims related to the products you sell.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable law

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as Storely evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the dashboard before they take effect. Continued use of Storely after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
